Help deskOnce your ATM has been installed, and for the life of your contract with Cashbox, the Helpdesk is on hand to maximise the performance of your ATM and minimise downtime by providing backup 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This level of support is unparalleled in the industry and is provided FREE of CHARGE. Even the call is FREE.

Customer service is absolutely central to Cashbox, and thanks to our team of fully trained and friendly advisors, the vast majority of service calls are able to be resolved on line. This means we are consistently able to keep 98% of our estate fully operational at any time. For those trickier problems, we will arrange for an engineer to call within 24hrs of your call.
