Directorate changes

As announced today, the Company is pleased to report the appointments to the board of Matthew Thomas, as Chief Technology Officer, and Andrew Fearon, as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.
Matthew John Thomas, aged 37, is currently a director of Cashbox ATM Systems Limited and Cashbox Finance Limited.
Andrew Jason Fearon, aged 39, is currently a director of, or has in the past five years been a director of, the following companies:
