Cashbox, the independent ATM deployer, today announces that Robin Saunders has stepped down as Chairman of the Board [and resigned as a Director of the Company.] Robin has been Chairman since January 2008 and was instrumental in the transformation of the Company. She is leaving the company to spend more time on her other business interests.
Ciaran Morton, Chief Executive of Cashbox will take over as Chairman of the Board.
Commenting on her decision Robin Saunders said: "I have enjoyed my time at Cashbox and leave at a time when the company is well placed to continue to grow. Ciaran Morton has an in-depth knowledge of the ATM industry and has done an excellent job as Chief Executive. I am leaving the company in good hands".
Ciaran Morton, Chief Executive, commented: "We have been fortunate to have had someone of Robin's calibre to help guide us through a transitional time for the Company and an uncertain economic climate. I would like to thank Robin for her time and commitment in helping position the Company for future growth and I wish her well with her other business interests."
