Further re Directorate Change

Further to the Interims announcement on 30 March 2007, the Board appointed an independent Non-Executive Director to undertake the appeal hearing in relation to Carl Thomas' dismissal from the Company. This Appeal Hearing took place yesterday and Carl Thomas' appeal was unsuccessful.

Chairman Anthony Sharp has executive responsibility for an interim period until a new Chief Executive is appointed and a search is underway.
